Thank you for visiting the tenants section of the Pathway website. Here you will find information on what to expect living at a Pathway property. Pathway has a comprehensive set of policies, which govern how our buildings are managed. More detailed information can be found in your Tenant Handbook (click here to download your Tenant Handbook). If you would like to have information on a particular policy, please contact the office.
In order to submit the required form(s) to the Pathway office please follow these steps:



1. Download Adobe Reader 9 (click here)
2. Click on the form below you wish to download and save it to your desktop.
3. Complete and save the form.
4. Click on the “Send by Email” button on the form (this will attach the form to your email).
5. Send the email with the attached form to us.

On-Line Internet Rent/Charges Payment
In order to simplify rent/charges payment procedures for those residents who are not currently enrolled in the PAP (pre-authorized rent payment plan) and use the on-line banking we have added an option for On-Line Payment. To use this option please follow these simple instructions:

• This payment option is working the same way as you are paying for your other bills on-line.
• When choosing to pay on-line select the name Pathway Non-Profit .
  
  
• To identify yourselfer  use the following code:
  
  
• For the residents of Arbour Mill - A (for the building name) 1111 (for your unit number)N (for the first letter of the family name).
  Sample:  A100P – Arbour Mill- Unit 100 - Pathway

• For the resident of Forest Ridge – F (for the building name) 1111 (your unit number) S (first letter of the family name
  Sample: F100P – Forest Ridge- Unit 100- Pathway
