Pathway Arbour Mill Expansion

At Pathway, we are committed to creating more affordable housing opportunities in Peel Region. The Pathway Arbour Mill expansion has added six new affordable rental homes in Mississauga, contributing to our mission of building inclusive, sustainable communities.

Pathway Non-Profit Community Developments Inc. of Peel provided the land and infrastructure for this project. This initiative added six accessible units to the lower roof level of the existing building, Arbour Mill, located at 3023 Parkerhill Road.
The City of Mississauga approved the use of prefabricated mass timber components, allowing the project to be completed efficiently while demonstrating a model of gentle densification—adding new homes without adversely impacting surrounding properties.

    utility costs for residents

  • Shared access to existing amenities including elevators, laundry facilities, common rooms, and accessible visitor parking
